Job summary

CTG is seeking a Project Manager – Innovation & Data/AI Portfolio in New York, NY for a 12-month engagement. You will lead cross-functional teams delivering innovative data and AI solutions and partner with stakeholders to drive outcomes.

You will manage multiple projects, apply Agile and traditional PM practices, maintain plans and budgets, and report status to senior leadership using JIRA and Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• Senior-level PM with cross-functional project leadership.
• Experience in Innovation, Data, or AI portfolios.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with JIRA and Azure DevOps.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Experience reporting to senior leadership with metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects within an Innovation, Data, and AI portfolio end-to-end.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage budgets, scope, and schedules.
• Develop project plans, risk logs, and stakeholder communications.
• Use JIRA and Azure DevOps to track progress and dependencies.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and report status to leadership.
• Balance priorities and intake processes across multiple projects.
