Qualifications

• Two years of clerical or correctional custodial experience; or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Successful completion of basic training in Elizabethtown, PA is required.
• You must meet the PA residency requirement.
• CJIS background clearances are required.
• Veterans' employment preferences may apply.

Responsabilités

• Record maintenance: collect information and update inmate records from multiple data sources.
• Data verification: review documents and confirm accuracy with parole, police, and court agencies.
• Identification support: participate in interviewing, photographing, and fingerprinting inmates.
• Photo processing: process photos and fingerprints to meet registration requirements.
• Transport coordination: help arrange inmate transport and verify authorization and identity before release.
