Job summary

You will review work clearances and collaborate with medical, education, and security teams to place inmates in suitable posts. Responsibilities include payroll preparation, data entry, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in inmate job placement preferred.
• Excellent organization, written and verbal communication, computer skills, and multi-tasking ability.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work with computers and the software commonly used by the department.

Responsibilities

• Review inmates for work clearances.
• Coordinate with medical, classification, case managers, and education.
• Assign or remove inmates in all jobs and programs.
• Input data in database systems.
• Maintain tables of organization to ensure appropriate job placements and equitable assignments.
