Job summary

You will handle data entry, document collection, and inmate file maintenance while upholding confidentiality and following strict policies. A high school diploma and solid computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; prior office experience preferred.
• Ability to interact professionally in groups and one-on-one settings.
• Capable of following moderately complex instructions and using basic software.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and maintain computer files for facility records.
• Collect and review documents related to inmate transfers.
• Maintain inmate records and update files as needed.
• Prepare and submit reports related to the facility inmate file system.
• Support security and follow policies to prevent misuse of equipment.
