Join GEO Reentry Services to build employer partnerships, maintain documentation, and report progress while adhering to contract requirements. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent, one year of related experience preferred.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and be insurable.
• Ability to instruct and maintain positive community relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Develops and coordinates employment job searches for residents in the community.
• Ensures field and phone surveillance requirements are met.
• Conducts job readiness discussions and training per policies and contracts.
• Contacts employers to describe program goals and secure job opportunities.
• Maintains records and progress notes to measure success and compliance.
