Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in case management using assessments, planning, coordination, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmates through a collaborative case management approach, ensuring needs are met with effective communication and resources.
• Plan and coordinate targeted referrals for treatment, programs, work, and services to meet inmate and departmental needs.
• Evaluate diverse information sources to make informed decisions on inmate management.
• Maintain accurate inmate records in OBIS and other necessary applications.
• Lead disciplinary hearings, make custody and reclassification recommendations, and handle special status inmate reviews.
