Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare correspondence, memorandums, and essential forms and documents.
• Maintain inmate files, conduct audits on new inmates, and prepare necessary forms.
• Input data into the CDC database, retrieve and print information, and maintain classification documentation.
• Receive, date stamp, sort and distribute mail, and handle copying, scanning, and faxing of documents.
• Provide customer service by answering phone calls, assisting inmate families, and handling special projects and other clerical duties.
