Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or its equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare correspondence, memorandums, and essential forms and documents.
• Maintain inmate files and conduct audits in the Inmate Records area.
• Input data into the CDC database and manage classification documentation.
• Receive, date stamp, sort, and distribute mail; handle copying, scanning, and faxing of documents.
• Provide customer service by answering phone calls and assisting inmate families.
