Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter, deactivate, and manage inmate numbers and accounts.
• Close out prepaid balances and release account balances to DOC staff for inmate releases.
• Process requests for blocks and unblocks, upon request from DOC Staff.
• Maintain system integrity and format consistency in data entry.
• Check system functionality daily and report outages.
• Follow outage processes and coordinate with technical support.
• Support DOC staff with report generation or account information.
• Maintain records, inventories, and timely report submissions.
• Work in a remote team environment and maintain professional rapport with customers.
