Qualifications

• Reading and writing English proficiency required.

• Ability to manage job-related stress and foster productive workplace interactions.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and wear required PPE.
• Understand and follow plant policies, GMP, HACCP/CCP processes.
• Read and understand job dockets to ensure correct materials.
• Start up, shut down, and adjust machines.
• Inspect final product with quality checks and document issues.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily targets while keeping area clean.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
