Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Legal eligibility to work in the US.
• Experience in manufacturing preferred with knowledge of production processes and quality control.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English.
• Basic math and mechanical aptitude for production machinery.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work non-standard hours as needed.
• Ability to manage job-related stress and foster teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Comply with and enforce all safety regulations and programs in the plant/department.
• Follow plant policies including good manufacturing practices and hazard analysis/critical control points processes.
• Read docket daily and review order changes to ensure correct product packing.
• Label current and upcoming jobs accurately.
• Inspect final product using quality checks and document issues promptly.
• Perform quality bag checks every fifteen minutes.
• Maintain production pace to meet daily targets while keeping area clean.
• Other duties as assigned.
