Job summary

Trinity Plastics Inc. is seeking a Packer C to efficiently and accurately pack product, upholding quality and safety standards on the production line. You will read dockets, label jobs, and perform quality checks to ensure accurate packaging.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and legal eligibility to work in the US, with reliable attendance. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred, and strong communication plus basic math skills help meet daily production targets.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Legal eligibility to work in the US.
• Manufacturing experience preferred with knowledge of production processes and QC.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Reading and writing English proficiency.
• Basic math and mechanical aptitude for production machines.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to accommodate non-standard hours.
• Ability to handle job-related stress and foster teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety regulations and plant-wide safety programs.
• Adhere to GMP/HACCP and other policies.
• Read docket daily and ensure correct product is packed.
• Label current and upcoming jobs for accuracy.
• Inspect final product and document issues.
• Perform quality bag checks every 15 minutes.
• Maintain production pace and keep area clean.
• Other duties as assigned.
