Qualificações

• 2–5 years of inland marine insurance underwriting experience.
• Ability to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Proficiency in underwriting analysis, coverage analysis, and pricing analysis.
• Experience in distribution management, sales, account management, business development, and relationship management.
• Strong negotiation, prospecting and qualifying, risk assessment, and financial analysis capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Apply intermediate-level underwriting analysis, coverage, and pricing skills to evaluate inland marine and related property risks.
• Assess intricate risks across various industries using historical data and industry trends to inform underwriting decisions.
• Develop comprehensive risk management plans for accounts and territories.
• Interpret complex financial data to guide risk assessments and pricing strategies.
• Demonstrate knowledge of loss prevention and collaborate with risk engineering to develop programs and risk mitigation solutions.
• Develop complex policies balancing coverage with pricing using endorsements and coverage options.
• Align coverages with appropriate terms, limits, and pricing based on a strong understanding of all coverage components.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver optimal outcomes.
