Job summary

Nazdar is seeking an Inkjet Field Specialist in North Carolina to install, train, and repair graphic and textile inkjet equipment. You will also provide technical support remotely and work with customers across the continental USA.

The role requires extensive travel (up to 75% by car, plus potential air travel up to 25%). Experience with wide-format inkjet printers and color management is essential. Join Nazdar's Technical Services team for growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong reading comprehension of safety and product literature.
• 10+ years in inkjet printing across wide/super wide, UV, solvent inks.
• Experience with wide format inkjet printers (Roland, Mimaki, Mutoh, EFI, etc).
• Knowledge of color profiling and media effects is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Install, train, repair inkjet equipment Nazdar sells and supports.
• Provide remote technical support via phone/computer.
• Travel to customer facilities within continental USA (up to 75%).
• Assist sales to identify new opportunities when equipment is outdated.
• Occasionally attend trade shows to demonstrate equipment.
