Job summary

Nazdar seeks an experienced Inkjet Field Specialist in North Carolina to install, train, and service graphic and textile inkjet equipment. You will also provide remote technical support to end users and collaborate with sales to identify new opportunities across the continental USA.

Expect up to 75% travel, driving responsibilities in a company vehicle, and writing detailed service reports. Proficiency with RIP software, color management, and Adobe/Microsoft tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in all aspects of Inkjet printing, including wide/super wide, solvent, UV, and aqueous inks, and related applications.
• Hands-on experience with wide format Inkjet printers such as Roland, Mimaki, Mutoh, EFI, or similar equipment.
• Knowledge of art generation, Inkjet printing, and finishing.
• RIP software and color management certifications recommended.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals and technical documents.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; ability to work with customers across the USA.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel up to 75% domestically.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install, train and repair the graphic and textile Inkjet equipment Nazdar sells and supports.
• Provide technical support to end users remotely via phone and computer.
• Travel to printing facilities within the continental USA up to 75% and up to 25% air travel.
• Write detailed service reports documenting work, parts used and equipment recommendations.
• Collaborate with sales to identify new opportunities when equipment is outdated or inefficient.
• Perform duties per safety, quality and efficiency SOPs.
