Zaddy Solutions is seeking an Inkjet Application Engineer for a defense-focused client in the US. You will advance a printing platform from R&D into production, optimizing inkjet and micro-pen delivery systems for flexible electronics and RF components.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, independent milestone progress, and collaboration with customers and internal teams to meet performance, reliability, and cost targets. U.S. citizenship and security eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in inkjet application development or additive manufacturing.
• 2+ years in electronics/electrical/RF/microwave components.
• Experience with printhead tuning and rheology.

Responsabilités

• Test inks, printheads, and substrates for quality and requirements.
• Operate and optimize industrial inkjet printers and micro-pen dispensers.
• Evaluate fluid–structure interactions and tune printing waveforms.
