Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group seeks an experienced Inkjet Application Engineer to advance a proven printing platform from R&D into production for flexible electronics. You will optimize inkjet and micro-pen delivery, address hardware/software challenges, and push milestones for electronic and RF/microwave components used in defense and commercial domains.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in inkjet application development or additive manufacturing, incl. 2+ years on electronic/RF/microwave components.

Responsibilities

• Test inks, printheads, and substrates for quality, cycle time, and compatibility.
• Operate and optimize industrial inkjet printers and micro-pen dispensers for high-precision electronics.
• Evaluate fluid-structure interactions and tune printing waveforms for flexible and RF/microwave electronics.
• Define customer requirements with sales and configure custom printing solutions.
• Conduct proof-of-concept evaluations on specialized electronics substrates.
• Support DoD and government research contracts with technical discussions and demonstrations.
