Job description

We are seeking an Ink Technician with experience in water‑based ink mixing and color matching. This is a hands‑on, in‑plant role supporting production by preparing accurate, high‑quality inks.

Responsibilities

• Mix, weigh, and prepare water‑based inks according to specifications.
• Perform precise color matching and press toning.
• Deliver press‑ready inks to production lines.
• Maintain documentation, including adjustments and returns.
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Follow all required PPE and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience with water‑based inks.
• Flexographic printing, color formulation, and color matching experience.
• Ability to work 12‑hour rotating shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
