Job summary

INX International Ink Co. is seeking an Ink Technician to join our production team in a dynamic, hands-on environment. You will be responsible for creating ink batches, following strict batch instructions, and maintaining quality throughout the process.

The role offers a starting pay of $22.00/hour with a $1.00 shift premium, and a Monday–Friday schedule from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM. We value longtime employees and promote internal growth within a safe, sustainable workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic math, communication and mechanical logic skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Create batches of ink by following batch instructions and procedures.
• Weight batches, mix inks, and adjust formulas as directed.
• Package finished product for shipment.
• Operate a forklift to move materials and products within the facility.
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment while producing ink.

Job Description

We’re currently seeking aProduction Operator, or what we like to call anInk Technician, to join our team.

• Starting Pay:$22.00/hour (highly competitive)
• Schedule:Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM to 9:30PM

The person in this role will create batches of ink in a safe and efficient manner.As an Ink Technicianyou will be responsible for:

• Following batch instructions to weight batches,change and mix inks
• Understanding proper mixing procedures and raw materials
• Mix batches of Ink and make additions as directed
• Packaging finished product
• Operating a forklift

Qualifications

To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:

• Have a high school diploma or G.E.D.
• Be ableto lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have basic math, communications and mechanical logic skills
• multi-task
