Job summary

INX International Ink Co. in Lebanon is seeking a Production Operator, or Ink Technician, to join our team. The role offers starting pay of $22.00/hour with a shift differential of $1.50/hour for off-hours.

Responsibilities include batching ink, weighing and mixing according to procedures, packaging finished goods, and forklift operation. We provide a stable environment with opportunities for growth, and a strong team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic math, communications and mechanical logic skills.
• Multi-task capability.

We're currently seeking a Production Operator , or what we like to call an Ink Technician , to join our team.

• Starting Pay: $22.00/hour (highly competitive)
• Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 9pm-5:30am
• Shift Differential -$1.50/hr

The person in this role will create batches of ink in a safe and efficient manner. As an Ink Technician you will be responsible for:

• Following batch instructions to weight batches, change and mix inks
• Understanding proper mixing procedures and raw materials
• Mix batches of Ink and make additions as directed
• Packaging finished product
• Operating a forklift
