Job summary

ProAmpac, a global leader in flexible packaging, seeks an Ink Technician to set up inks, match specifications, and ensure quality for designated orders. You will work with graphics, operations, inventory and product development teams to meet customer expectations.

The role requires HS/GED and 2–4 years’ related experience, with strong color matching abilities and proficiency in MS Office tools. This is a full-time on-site position in New York, with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• HS/GED required.
• 2–4 years' experience in a related field; color matching.

Responsibilities

• Set-up ink to match specifications; match, formulate, and measure for orders.
• Perform quality tests and checks.
• Troubleshoot ink issues.
• Maintain inventory to meet targets.
• Update and maintain records, reports, recipes/blends.
• Collaborate with graphics, operations, inventory, leadership, product development.
• Maintain storage/work area per protocols.
• Communicate effectively with others.
• All other duties as needed.
