Job summary

INX International Ink Co. is seeking an Inplant Ink Tech to operate at a customer site in New York. The role involves weighing and mixing ink batches, coordinating press inventory, receiving and rotating stock, and performing color matching to meet specifications.

Strong math, verbal and written communication, plus proficiency with MS Office are required. Lifting up to 50 lbs is expected; color vision testing may be required. Prior ink-industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• We require a high school diploma or GED and basic math and reading skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer skills is expected.
• Strong organizational abilities and color-matching capability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Weigh batches of ink and mix ink as needed.
• Coordinate inventory levels for press requirements.
• Receive and rotate stock to maintain accurate counts.
• Perform color matching to match specifications.
• Maintain inplant operations and perform routine maintenance.
