Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Athletic Training required
• Associates PTA with licensure or Bachelor's in Exercise Science/Athletic Training/Kinesiology/Allied Health or 2 years military healthcare experience required
• Basic Life Support and AED Certification required
• BOC certification or eligible preferred

Responsibilities

• Interface with office and industrial clients to assess employee health status and create an individualized plan for improvement.
• Observe employee work performance to assess body mechanics, determine risk, and create mitigation plans.
• Understand OSHA recordkeeping rules as they pertain to first aid (29 CFR 1904.7).
• Address discomfort through education and job-specific coaching to reduce injury contributions.
• Assist with medical surveillance testing and clinic operations.
• Provide employee health education and training on wellness and disease prevention topics.

Education

Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Athletic Training

Associates degree as PTA with licensure; or Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science/Athletic Training/Kinesiology/Allied Health; or 2 years military healthcare experience

Basic Life Support and AED Certification

BOC certified or eligible to sit for BOC
