Job summary
ATI Health is seeking an Injury Prevention Specialist/Athletic Trainer in Nottingham, PA, to design and implement on-site injury prevention programs for workplace employees. Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Athletic Training is required or preferred.
- Associates degree as PTA with licensure or Bachelor's in Exercise Science/ Athletic Training/Kinesiology/Allied Health; or 2 years in Military healthcare.
- Licensure or certification as applicable; BLS and AED certification recommended.
Responsibilities
- Develop Injury Prevention programs for on-site employees.
- Assess employee health status and create individualized improvement plans.
- Observe body mechanics, assess risk, and implement mitigation plans.
- Assist with medical surveillance testing and clinic operations.
- Provide health education and training on wellness and disease prevention topics.
