Astemo, Ltd. is seeking a 2nd shift Team Lead to support manufacturing in the Injector area. You will lead line employees, operate production equipment, and drive safety, quality, delivery and cost targets under supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production teams and coordinating line activities.
• Ability to identify root causes of non-conforming product and downtime.
• Strong planning, training, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisor in planning rotations and training to Work Instructions.
• Maintain knowledge of processes, procedures, and equipment.
• Understand inventories, generate production reports, attendance.
• Ensure production documents are complete and action is taken on issues.
• Keep line running with immediate actions and communicate with QC/coordinator.
• Train, develop, and mentor associates and enforce PPE.
• Assist in root cause analysis and countermeasure development.
• Coordinate between Production, Quality and Engineering.
• Perform other duties such as quality alerts and temporary work instructions.
