Princeton Medical Group is hiring a Full-Time Injections Registered Nurse to support multiple outpatient locations in Plainsboro, Monroe, and Princeton, NJ. The role includes patient vitals, injections, EMR documentation, and collaboration with the infusion team.

Qualifications

Injections Registered Nurse Responsibilities

As an important part of our clinical operations, your duties will include:

• Escort patients to exam rooms and take vitals.
• Respond to EMR messages with appropriate documentation
• Utilize and monitor nucleus inventory system.
• Identify injection room patients
• Administers injections ordered by a physician
• Prepare patient chart with appropriate documentation and assists in maintenance of all logs
• Schedule lab tests and triage patient calls
• Schedule consultations
• Coordinate with the Infusion Department
• Assist physician with various procedures & exams
• Maintain safe, secure, healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures
• Prepare and stock exam rooms in the clinical area for patient care
• Ability & willingness to provide relief in any of our local offices as determined by supervisor
• Demonstrate excellent customer service

Injections Registered Nurse Requirements:

• Valid RN license for RN
• Ability to cover in the absence of other nurses as determined by supervisor
• Must have recent experience in a medical office setting
• Must have the ability to multitask and maintain a high level of client care
• Excellent communication & organization skills
• Detail-oriented and Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• 1 year of experience as a RN in a related medical field (Preferred)
• Previous experience working in an Oncology practice is preferred

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM,4 Days 9 hour shifts, 1 day 4-hours shift.
• 1 to 2 Saturdays per month 8:30 am to 12:30 pm
• Overtime as required
