Job summary

Princeton Medical Group is seeking a Chemistry Infusion Registered Nurse to join our private practice in Plainsboro, NJ. This full-time Infusion RN role supports multiple medical specialties in an outpatient office setting.

Responsibilities include preparing and delivering IV chemotherapy under physician supervision, coordinating medication and supply needs, educating patients on nutrition and drug side effects, scheduling, and ensuring billing/authorization communication.

Qualifications

• NJ RN license must be active.
• Oncology certification preferred.
• IV certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• One year nursing experience required.
• Experience with EMR system preferred.
• Knowledge of chemotherapy drugs required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer IV chemotherapy to patients under physician supervision.
• Advise supervisors on medication and supply needs.
• Educate patients on nutrition and drug side effects.
• Schedule patients for infusions.

Responsibilities

As an important part of our clinical operations, your duties will include:

• Responsible for the preparation and administration of I.V. drugs to chemotherapy patients under the supervision of the physician
• Responsible for advising supervisors of medication and supply needs
• Education of cancer patients on nutrition and side effects of the drug used in treatment
• Scheduling patients
• Ensuring patient communication with billing/authorization departments
• Additional tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Valid New Jersey RN License
• Oncology Certification (preferred)
• I.V. Certification
• BLS Certification
• Mixing experience preferred
• Experience with an EMR system
• Knowledge of chemotherapy drugs
• 1 year of nursing experience is required for this position
• Detail‑oriented and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, four 10‑hour workdays with one rotating day off a week. 40 hours scheduled per week.
