Princeton Medical Group is seeking an Oncology and Injections Registered Nurse for full-time work in our outpatient medical offices. The RN will cover Plainsboro, Monroe, and Princeton locations, provide injections, take vitals, manage EMR communications, and support multiple specialties in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Ideal candidates hold a current RN license, have experience in medical offices, and can multitask while delivering high-quality patient care and service.

Responsabilidades

• Escort patients to exam rooms and take vitals
• Respond to EMR messages with documentation
• Utilize and monitor inventory system in Plainsboro Office
• Identify injection room patients and administer injections
• Prepare patient chart with documentation and logs
• Schedule lab tests and triage patient calls
• Schedule consultations and coordinate with Infusion Department
• Assist physicians with procedures and exams
• Maintain safe, clean work environment by following procedures
• Prepare and stock exam rooms for patient care
• Be willing to provide relief in other local offices as needed
• Demonstrate excellent customer service

Oncology and Injections Registered Nurse Responsibilities

As an important part of our clinical operations, your duties will include:

• Escort patients to exam rooms and take vitals.
• Respond to EMR messages with appropriate documentation
• Utilize and monitor nucleus inventory system when scheduled in the Plainsboro Office
• Identify injection room patients
• Administers injections ordered by a physician
• Prepare patient chart with appropriate documentation and assists in maintenance of all logs
• Schedule lab tests and triage patient calls
• Schedule consultations
• Coordinate with the Infusion Department
• Assist physician with various procedures & exams
• Maintain safe, secure, healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures
• Prepare and stock exam rooms in the clinical area for patient care
• Ability & willingness to provide relief in any of our local offices as determined by supervisor
• Demonstrate excellent customer service

Oncology and Injections Registered Nurse Requirements:

• Valid RN license for RN
• Ability to cover in the absence of other nurses as determined by supervisor
• Must have recent experience in a medical office setting
• Must have the ability to multitask and maintain a high level of client care
• Excellent communication & organization skills
• Detail-oriented and Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• 1 year of experience as a RN in a related medical field (Preferred)
• Previous experience working in an Oncology practice is preferred

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM,4 Days 9 hour shifts, 1 day 4-shift.
• 1 to 2 Saturdays per month 8:30 am to 12:30 pm
• Overtime as required
