Job summary

Princeton Medical Group is hiring a Full-Time Injections Registered Nurse to support multiple outpatient locations in Plainsboro, Monroe, and Princeton, NJ. The role includes patient vitals, injections, EMR documentation, and collaboration with the infusion team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RN license.
• Recent experience in a medical office setting.
• Ability to multitask and maintain a high level of patient care.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• 1 year RN experience in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms and take vitals.
• Respond to EMR messages with documentation.
• Administer injections ordered by physicians.
• Prepare patient charts with documentation and logs.
• Schedule labs, triage calls, and coordinate with infusion department.
• Assist physicians with procedures and exams.
• Maintain a safe, clean clinical environment.
