Amcor is seeking a Manager, Injection Systems Engineer to provide enterprise‑level technical leadership for injection molding machinery and system performance. This role defines standards, interfaces, and long‑term direction across the network, partnering with Product Development and Tooling to align design with machine capability.

You will drive lifecycle planning, platform standardization, and cross‑site improvements to optimize cycle time, repeatability, and reliability across facilities in

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of injection moulding machinery operation, process optimization, or equipment engineering.
• Deep knowledge of injection machine systems, controls, hydraulics, and auxiliaries.
• Experience leading platform standardization and multi-site technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the technical strategy for injection machinery and system architecture across the network.
• Establish machine platform standards, including controls and integration requirements.
• Provide direction on future-state injection platform design and lifecycle cost optimization.
• Lead mold–machine interface standards and collaborate with Product Development and Tooling.
• Drive system-wide performance improvements across plants and suppliers.
