Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. in Ohio is seeking a manufacturing operator to produce quality ceramic cores using injection machines. You will prepare dies, obtain materials, and inject parts according to procedure.

You will follow written procedures, maintain production records (routers, CQCS), perform routine machine maintenance, and assist engineers, quality and manufacturing as needed. The role requires attention to safety and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

Essential Functions

• Follow written procedures to manufacture quality ceramic cores operating Injection Machines.


• Produce quantities within set standards of each part number, identify core defects and maintain accurate records (routers, CQCS, etc)


• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting


• Monitor material levels and replace as needed


• Must assist Engineers, Quality and Manufacturing as needed.


• Must follow and adhere to all safety procedures.


• Other duties as assigned by supervision

Experience & Education

• Basic math skills required.
