Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking an Injection Operator for the Carolina plant. The role covers setup, operation, and minor adjustments to PET and HDPE injection equipment on a 12-hour day/night rotating schedule. You will perform quality checks, maintain logs, and ensure safe, efficient production.

Candidates should have 2 years in manufacturing and experience operating multiple machines; high attention to safety and quality is required. Benefits are included for full-time team members.

Qualifications

• 2 Years - Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
• 2 Years - Experience in Position
• Experience operating multiple manufacturing machines

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall preparation, set-up, starting and running injection equipment.
• Ability to perform minor adjustments to injection equipment as directed.
• Responsible for accurately completing and updating information forms and logs.
• Ability to recognize unsafe conditions and follow plant safety rules.
• Performs visual and mechanical quality checks to ensure production meets quality standards.
• Housekeeping and maintenance of production areas.
• Maintain knowledge of resin types and reintroduction to resin system.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and collaborate with maintenance.
• Understand computer systems such as Shotscope, Electric80, Ignition.
