Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Day Shift Injection and Machine Operator at its CAROLINA plant. The role involves preparing, setting up, and running injection equipment for PET and HDPE resins, with safety and quality checks as core duties.

Applicants should have 2 years of experience in manufacturing, and prefer an Associate's Degree. The position requires 12-hour day or night shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, with comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's Degree preferred.
• Experience in field or similar manufacturing environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up day-to-day injection equipment.
• Perform minor adjustments to injection equipment under supervision.
• Complete and update logs and quality forms accurately.
• Recognize and report unsafe conditions and follow safety rules.
• Conduct visual and mechanical quality checks to meet standards.
• Maintain housekeeping in production areas and break rooms.
• Understand resin types and identify safe parts for grinding and reintroduction.
