Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of technical manufacturing experience.
• Molding experience or scientific molding preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to read/write English.

Responsibilities

• Set up and troubleshoot injection molding processes using SOPs and procedures.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Collaborate with Mold Repair to maintain production efficiencies.
• Perform Changeovers and obtain first piece approvals with Inspectors.
• Document all press activity as required.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and general housekeeping.
• Other duties as required to support business needs.
