Job summary

Johnson Electric is seeking an Injection Molding Process Technician Apprentice in Springfield, Tennessee. You will gain hands-on experience in setup, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of injection molding equipment used in automotive manufacturing, with classroom instruction through TCAT.

The program combines on-the-job training with TCAT coursework, offering exposure to process optimization, safety, and quality standards. Local candidates preferred; relocation not available.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup, operation, and monitoring of injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
