You will gain hands-on experience in setup, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of injection molding equipment used in automotive manufacturing, with classroom instruction through TCAT.

The program combines on-the-job training with TCAT coursework, offering exposure to process optimization, safety, and quality standards. Local candidates preferred; relocation not available.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in manufacturing processes.
• Basic math, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup, operation, and monitoring of injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Learn troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve machine, process, and quality issues under supervision.
• Perform routine inspections and quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Maintain accurate production and maintenance records.
