Parallel Employment Group is seeking a Mold Set-Up Technician in Racine, WI to support an injection molding operation. You will set up molds, adjust machine settings, read blueprints, and operate molding equipment to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of molding setup experience or completed Injection Mold Setup apprenticeship, a solid attendance record, and the ability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a molding setup environment.
• Injection Mold Setup apprenticeship completed is preferred.
• Good attendance record is required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate with a wide variety of people.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or sit for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate injection molding machines and related equipment.
• Read blueprints/diagrams and install/secure molds.
• Prepare resins, colorants, and materials per formulas.
• Document setup and production logs accurately.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards across departments.
