• Set up, start up, and run injection molding presses for production according to established process parameters.
• Monitor molding operations and make minor process adjustments to maintain part quality and cycle efficiency.
• Perform mold changes, minor mold maintenance, and material changeovers.
• Inspect molded parts for defects, dimensional accuracy, and cosmetic quality, escalating issues to Processing or Quality as needed.
• Complete production paperwork, batch records, and quality documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including cleanroom protocols where applicable.
• Support preventive maintenance and troubleshooting alongside Processing and Maintenance teams.
• Follow all safety, quality, and ISO 13485 procedures.

SigmaPro is a precision injection molding manufacturer based in North Fort Worth, producing high-complexity, tight-tolerance components for medical device and other technically demanding industries. We operate an ISO 13485-certified, FDA-registered facility with a Class 7 cleanroom — and we're growing fast. We're looking for a skilled, hands-on Injection Molding Technician to help keep our molding operations running at their best.

As an Injection Molding Technician, you'll be on the floor running and troubleshooting our molding presses, setting up jobs, and making sure every part that comes off the line meets the tight tolerances our medical device customers demand. You'll work closely with Processing, Tooling, and Quality to keep production moving smoothly. This is a role for someone who takes pride in precision work and wants to grow their skills in a high-complexity manufacturing environment.
