We are seeking an experienced Molding Process Technician to play a key role in bringing new molds and products successfully into production. This hands‑on position is responsible for developing, optimizing, and documenting stable, repeatable injection molding processes that meet quality requirements and support reliable, efficient manufacturing.
The Molding Process Technician works closely with Engineering, Quality, Tooling, and Production teams to condition new molds, troubleshoot process and tooling challenges, and establish proven processing parameters for ongoing production. This role is critical to ensuring new products launch successfully and that molding processes remain consistent, capable, and repeatable throughout the life of the product.
