• Ensures quality procedures are followed and actively improves the quality program.
• Maintains a clean and organized working environment (5S).
• Trains and coaches mold technicians to utilize SMED.
• Schedules and maintains production and visual management boards for the molding department.
• Addresses molding barriers promptly and communicates across shifts.
• Collaborates with other departments to meet company goals.
• Creates and updates standardized work procedures.
• Promotes a positive work environment.
• Performs other tasks to support company goals.
