Job summary

Ambaflex Inc. seeks an experienced Injection Molding Supervisor to lead daily injection molding operations, coordinating people, materials, machines, molds, and production schedules. You will drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role reports to the Injection Mold & Maintenance Manager and requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of injection molding manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of injection molding processes, tooling, materials, machines, and quality requirements.
• Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including spreadsheets, production reporting, ERP/MRP systems, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily injection molding operations and coordinate people, materials, machines, molds, and schedules.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and timely production meeting quality standards.
• Monitor cycle times, scrap, rework, downtime, and process performance; drive improvements.
• Maintain accurate production records, downtime and labor reporting; verify inventory availability.
• Provide coaching and training; manage shift handoffs and communicate priorities.
