Job summary

Fiagon NA, LLC in Saint Paul, MN is seeking an Injection Molding Setup Technician to set up and optimize molding equipment, troubleshoot processes, and support product launches. You will collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and maintenance to drive safe, efficient production and continuous improvement.

The role requires an Associate degree or equivalent, plus at least 3 years of injection molding setup experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in Manufacturing Technology or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience setting up and troubleshooting injection molding equipment.
• Experience with scientific molding principles and process optimization preferred.
• Knowledge of molds, hot runner systems, auxiliary equipment, and material handling systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start up, and troubleshoot injection molding machines, molds, and related tooling.
• Perform mold changes, material changes, and process adjustments to meet production requirements.
• Monitor molding processes and adjust to maintain product quality and stability.
• Support validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) for new molds, equipment, and processes.
• Train operators on setup-related procedures and processing techniques.
