Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Bardstown, Kentucky operation. You will prepare injection molding machines for production runs, calibrate equipment, and ensure consistent high-quality output in a plastics manufacturing environment.

You will monitor machine performance, adjust parameters as needed, and perform routine maintenance to support safe, efficient operations on a fully onsite facility in Bardstown. The role emphasizes hands-on setup, safety, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with industrial machinery.
• Experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare injection molding machines for scheduled production runs, including setup, calibration, and basic pre-run checks.
• Ensure machines run efficiently by monitoring performance and making adjustments as needed.
• Change and modify molds, adjusting temperature and other process parameters to meet specs.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks.
