Aerotek in Apopka, FL is seeking an Injection Molding Machine Operator to join a fast-paced plastics manufacturing environment. You will help set up presses, support changeovers, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure quality parts are produced efficiently.

The role offers on-the-job training within a contract-to-hire framework and opportunities to advance into more senior technician positions. Shift options and weekend work are included to support production needs.

Competenze

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• Willingness to learn and operate injection molding equipment.

Mansioni

• Assist with mold changes and prepare injection molding presses for production runs.
• Set up and adjust injection molding processes during product changeovers.
• Start presses and monitor production to ensure quality parts are produced.
