You will install molds, optimize machine parameters, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safe, compliant operations on an onsite, 12‑month W2 assignment. Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of injection molding setup or processing experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
• Knowledge of plastics materials and molding processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications.
• Attention to detail and quality focus.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and start up injection molding machines according to production schedules.
• Install and remove molds, ensuring proper alignment and secure connections.
• Adjust machine parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time) for optimal performance.
• Perform first-piece inspections to verify product quality and specifications.
• Troubleshoot molding and process issues to minimize downtime.
• Monitor machine performance during production and make real‑time adjustments.
• Perform routine maintenance on molds and equipment.
• Maintain accurate production and setup documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and production teams.
