Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Start-up and shut-down of plastic injection molding machines and ensure subsystems are operational.
• Debug and troubleshoot molding process problems to improve part quality and yields.
• Adjust process parameters and document changes for improvements.
• Develop and document standardized molding processes and conduct tests.
• Train associates on equipment, molds, and processes; coordinate testing and paperwork.
