Job summary

Oakley seeks a Process Technician II to maximize uptime on injection molding machines and automation equipment while ensuring quality and production goals are met. You will work with production, engineering, quality, and technical support to maintain stable processes and drive continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in plastics injection molding, robotics experience, and RJG certification; strong troubleshooting and English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certificate in injection molding, automation, robotics, or PLC technology.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Process Technician in plastic injection molding.
• Minimum 1 year of experience programming and troubleshooting multi-axis robots.
• RJG training or certification.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Start up injection molding machines and automation equipment per production schedules.
• Perform mold and material changes to minimize downtime.
• Install and remove molds from storage racks.
• Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot molding machines and automation equipment.
• Troubleshoot and inspect parts to ensure quality.
• Maintain, repair, replace, and test automation systems and networks.
• Program and troubleshoot robotic systems and automation equipment.
• Follow safety, housekeeping, and quality procedures.
• Report issues promptly to leadership.
