Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. is seeking a Process Technician to safely implement, optimize, and sustain injection molding processes and equipment. You will maintain tooling, document actions, and work within Lean Sigma and HSE programs to ensure quality outputs.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, an associate’s in Plastic & Polymer Education, and 3+ years of molding experience, with RJG training preferred. Shift is 5:30 AM to 6:00 PM on a 2-2-3-2 pattern.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of injection molding or comparable experience.
• Robot setup and operation experience with 3-axis robots preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the injection molding process definition for all jobs.
• Analyze process data and troubleshoot to improve products.
• Document corrective actions using GDP standards.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Communicate across departments and support maintenance tasks.
• Install tooling and related equipment safely.
• Complete prerequisite tasks and start production tools.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Support Lean Sigma programs and deliver process improvements.
• Comply with quality and safety policies at all times.
