Job summary

Milwaukee Tool in Wisconsin is seeking a Process Technician for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00–11:00 pm). You will support the injection molding operation by assisting with machine setups, monitoring production, and ensuring consistent manufacture of high-quality plastic components.

You will monitor gauges, perform setup activities, help with mold changes, collect process data, and drive safety and continuous improvement in a fast-paced plant.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of molding technician experience.
• 2+ years of quality/troubleshooting in molding environment.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, and electronics.
• Forklift certification preferred (Milwaukee will train).

Responsibilities

• Complete injection mold and equipment startup, shutdown, and basic setup for production runs.
• Monitor molding machine gauges, pressures, and temperatures to ensure quality.
• Perform routine process checks and document production data.
• Assist with mold and material changes as directed.
• Identify and report quality concerns or deviations.
• Make process adjustments to maintain product quality.
• Support troubleshooting for molding defects and equipment issues.
• Maintain and move recyclable materials to designated areas.
• Maintain production records and follow standard work instructions.
• Keep work area clean and organized per 6S standards.
