Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in plastics manufacturing focusing on injection molding.
• High School diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
• Hands-on experience operating injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment with mold setup knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment according to production schedules and specifications.
• Monitor production processes and adjust as needed to maximize quality and efficiency.
• Perform tooling and machine adjustments to support production requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with production team to identify and implement process improvements, including cycle time optimization and waste reduction initiatives.
